Q. How do I pay?
A. You can make payments by credit card or Cabcharge.
Q. When do you take my payment?
A. We debit your credit card within 48 hours upon completion of your transfer.
Q. How do I change or cancel my Ezy-Car?
A. Please call (08) 9365 9755 at any time of the day and speak with a team member.
Q. Does Ezy-Car have child seats?
A. Upon request, our cars, Ezy-Vans and Ezy-Buses can be fitted with high-quality baby, child and booster seats that conform to Australian Standards. All of our drivers have been trained in car seat installation. Alternatively, you can supply your own and we will install it. The charge to use one of ours or for us to install your own is $10 + GST. Q. I have a lot of luggage, how much fits in the car?
A. Ezy-Car station wagons fits four cases and carry on luggage. If you have more than four passengers or four cases, please see our larger vehicles in our Ezy-Fleet.
Q. How long do I have to book in advance?
A. Ezy-Cars can be pre-booked up to one hour before pick up.
Q. How far can I book my car in advance?
A. Ezy-Cars can be pre-booked up to 12 months in advance before pick up.
Q. How do I use my promotion code?
A. When booking online, enter your promotion code in the promotion code box. If you are calling to book, please advise our team member and they will add the promotion code to your booking.
Q. How do I identify an Ezy-Car vehicle?
A. The Ezy-Car vehicles have our special Ezy-Car registration plates like EZY002. If you have an Australian mobile telephone number, we will send you an SMS five minutes prior to your pick up which will contain information about your driver.

Q. What type of vehicles do you have?
A. We have three main vehicle categories:
- Ezy-Car for one to four passengers;
- Ezy-Van for up to six passengers; and
- Ezy-Bus for up to 12 passengers.
Q. Do you do day tours?
A. Yes. You can hire an experienced private driver on an hourly basis. We offer a great choice of half day and full day tours to Perth’s best local tourist attractions. Customised tours can be arranged – just tell us what you want to see and we can arrange a quote.
Q. Can you pick me up from the cruise ship terminal in Fremantle?
A. Yes we can. Ezy-Car caters for all groups large or small. If there are two passengers travelling light, we can offer you an Ezy-Car. Or if a small group is travelling together with luggage, our Ezy-Van is available for you.
Q. Where does Ezy-Car pick up passengers up from at the cruise ship terminal in Fremantle?
A. We can pick you up right from where you disembark at the Fremantle passenger terminal. Our driver will be waiting for you and will be holding a sign displaying your name.
Q. Can I book an Ezy-Car and driver for the day?
A. You can hire an experienced private driver on an hourly basis. The driver will take you to your meetings, wait and then take you to your next destination. This gives you great flexibility in your business day if your meetings are running longer or shorter than anticipated.
Q. Can I book an Ezy-Car and driver for a set number of hours?
A. You can book a private driver for any number of hours (minimum continuous hire 2 hours). Prices start from $60 per hour for an Ezy-Car. If you need to get to multiple meetings or destinations and need flexibility during the day, then this is a great way to arrange your transport. Q. How do I get a tax receipt?
A. Our accounts team will send you a tax receipt to the email address you provided when you made your booking. This will be sent 24 to 48 hours after your ride has been completed.
Q. Where does Ezy-Car operate?
A. Ezy-Car operates in the Perth metropolitan area, Western Australia.
Q. Is there extra to pay depending on the time of the day?
A. No, we do not ‘price surge’ as many of our competitors do. As long as you are ready to go at the time you have requested, the price quoted is the price you pay.
Q. What do I do if I cannot find my driver?
A. If in the unlikely event you cannot locate your driver, please call (08) 9365 9755 .Someone will answer your call at any time of day / any day of the week.
Q: We are planning on travelling overseas with our ski and snowboarding equipment. Can I book an airport transfer with Ezy-Car?
A: Yes. All of our Ezy-Cars are installed with roof racks, allowing your ski and/or snowboarding bags and equipment to be safely secured to the roof of the car. Your driver will take good care of your snow gear, ensuring it will not be thrown around with careless abandon. With your ski and snowboarding equipment located on the roof, you and your travelling companions will have plenty of room to travel in comfort to and from Perth Airport.
Handy tip: Make sure you research the cost of checking in ski or snowboarding equipment before booking your flight.
Q: Can you take my surfboard? If so, how many surfboards can I take with me in an Ezy-Car?
A: Four surfboards can be safely and securely transported by an Ezy-Car. With knowing firsthand how much of an inconvenience it can be to take surfboards on holiday, we decided to equip all our chauffeur-driven Ezy-Cars with roof racks, and we are the only company in Perth who offer this.
In addition, four passengers can travel in an Ezy-Car along with up to four pieces of luggage. Please call our reservations team on (08) 9365 9755 to discuss your requirements. They will let you know if an Ezy-Car, Ezy-Van or Ezy-Bus suits your travelling needs best.
Q: I need to travel with sports equipment along with my personal luggage. Can I book an Ezy-Car?
A: Yes. Our driver will safely secure your sports equipment to the racks on the roof of the Ezy-Car on your behalf. They understand how precious and fragile sports equipment can be and will take good care of your much-loved surfboard, bike, fishing rod or golf clubs. Please let our reservations team know you will be travelling with sports equipment when you make your booking.
Handy tip: Make sure you research what the airline carriers’ regulations are for sports equipment before booking your flight.
Q: I am flying to Perth for a sporting event and need to get from the airport to my hotel and to the event. Can Ezy-Car help?
A: Yes. Our Ezy-Cars can accommodate for up to four passengers and four pieces of luggage. Plus, all Ezy-Cars are installed with roof racks to safely transport sports equipment. If you would like to see what Perth has on offer during your stay, our driver can take you on a private and personalised day trip ranging from 2 hours to overnight.

Q: I will be travelling with oversized luggage. Can you get me to the airport?

A: Yes, we offer unrivalled pick up and drop off school services for children aged from 8 years old. All of our drivers hold a Working With Children Check and are Drive Safe Australia – Safety Accredited, giving you peace of mind that we can transport your children safely to and from school.
