What Does This Mean?
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (known as NDIS) is the new way of providing individualised support for people with disability, their families and carers. It empowers people with disability to choose and achieve their goals so they can have a better life. Providers, like Ezy-Car, are an important part of the NDIS, delivering a product or service support to a participant.
There are many benefits of choosing Ezy-Car as your NDIS transport provider. These include:
A Dedicated Transport Co-ordinator
Our dedicated Transport Co-ordinator is available to participants directly and also to Plan Managers, Support Co-ordinators and disability service providers to provide support and answer any queries.
You can contact your Transport Co-ordinator by telephone on 08 9365 9755 , by email or arrange a time to meet face-to-face. They will discuss and create a service agreement for you, which is personalised to your support needs – and will make sure you understand what the service agreement contains before you sign it.
Your dedicated Transport Co-ordinator will look after you every step of the way. Once they receive your signed service agreement, they will arrange for your account to be set up within 24 hours. They can supply a transport expenditure report to you upon request and assist with any other queries you may have once you start using the Ezy-Car service.
Ezy to Book
Once the service agreement has been finalised, your transport bookings can be arranged by creating a service booking through the NDIS myplace provider portal. Information on how to do this can be found here. Don’t forget that your dedicated Transport Co-ordinator is available to you if assistance is required.
Our Reservations Team
The Ezy-Car reservations team is located in Belmont, a suburb located less than 10 kilometres east of the city of Perth.
Not only are the team professionally trained and ready and waiting to assist you if need be, they are also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Exceptional Chauffeur Driver and Service
Our Chauffeur Drivers are professionally trained and and Drive Safe Australia – Safety accredited. They take pride in providing every client exceptional customer service. Your dedicated NDIS Co-ordinator will ensure your driver is aware of any special requirements and the best way to provide you with the support you need.
With Ezy-Car, you will receive an SMS on your mobile phone to inform you that your car has arrived. At the very least, your uniformed Chauffeur Driver will assist you with any baggage and with opening the doors. Your in-car experience will include having bottles of water and mints available to you. You will discover that your Chauffeur Driver’s top priorities are to ensure you travel in comfort and arrive at your destination safely and on time.
