The on-time or it’s free guarantee only applies for transport booked for travel in metropolitan Perth, by Western Australian customers.
If a customer cannot locate their driver they must call the Ezy-Car operations team on (08) 9365 9755 (available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week) to verify their driver’s location. Failure to contact the Ezy-Car operations team will void the on-time or it’s free guarantee.
Details supplied by the customer must be correct. Wrong information entered online or supplied to Ezy-Car will void the on-time or it’s free guarantee (Time / date / location / contact telephone numbers).
The customer cannot modify the time / location less than two hours prior to pick up or the on-time or it’s free guarantee will be void.
Due to delays and fluctuations in airline arrival times, the on-time or it’s free guarantee is not applicable to domestic and international airport arrival bookings.
Due to delays and fluctuations in cruise ship arrival times, the on-time or it’s free guarantee is not applicable to cruise ship arrivals into port.
If a customer’s credit card is declined, the booking will be void.
A confirmation email is sent to customers. The email must be presented to claim the on-time or it’s free guarantee.
The on-time or it’s free guarantee does not apply to contract customers.
Due to time fluctuations, on-time or it’s free guarantee will only apply after 7 mins from scheduled pick up time, based on Ezy-Car computer / GPS time stamps.
Ezy-Car reserves the right to withdraw or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
The on-time or it’s free guarantee does not apply in an event beyond the control of the Authority and the Operator (force majeure event), which prevents a Party from complying with any of its obligations under this Contract, including but not limited to:
An act of God (such as, but not limited to, fires, explosions, earthquakes, drought, tidal waves and floods), unscheduled road closures, traffic light failures, vehicle accidents causing traffic congestion, riots, commotion, strikes, go slows, lock outs or disorder, unless solely restricted to employees of the Supplier or of his Subcontractors; or acts or threats of terrorism.
